Black Mom Ish: A Multi-Entity Ecosystem for Community & Advocacy

The Goal: To architect a digital home for a movement with three distinct lanes: an LLC for community, a Foundation for advocacy, and a Shop for sustainability. Black Mom Ish required a high-level structural overhaul to ensure each entity felt distinct yet unified under one visionary brand. The Strategy: We moved away from a fragmented digital presence toward a cohesive "Digital Headquarters." By implementing a tiered navigation system and a "Healing-Centered" visual hierarchy, we created a space that feels both intimate for mothers and institutional for funders. This project emphasizes scalability, balancing a membership collective, a podcast platform, and a grant-ready foundation infrastructure.
