Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Chi Grace Designs: Party/Event Equipment Rentals: A non-refundable fee of $200 will be applied to the total rental fee for party/event equipment. The non-refundable portion of $200 will be retained in the case of cancellation, with the remainder eligible for refund if applicable. Bookings for rentals can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum 48-hour notice.
