Service Description

During this 2 hour meeting we will discuss your project needs, what you want the look and feel of the space to be and discuss the project details. Virtual Appointments available upon request.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Chi Grace Designs: Consultation Appointments: All consultation fees are non-refundable. The consultation fee will be applied towards the overall project cost if the client decides to move forward with the project. Consultation appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum 48-hour notice. Party/Event Equipment Rentals: A non-refundable fee of $200 will be applied to the total rental fee for party/event equipment. The non-refundable portion of $200 will be retained in the case of cancellation, with the remainder eligible for refund if applicable. Bookings for rentals can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum 48-hour notice. Please note that these policies are in place to ensure the commitment of our clients and to manage scheduling effectively. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
